At Durkin Sports Performance our Middle School Performance Training Program is all about setting an athlete up for future success. We preach total athletic development over sport specificity at this age. Our goal is to teach the athlete how to move correctly and efficiently, so they can dominate at any sport! 

 Our Middle School Performance Program focuses on the basics of athletic development. We teach each athlete how to perform all 11 of the necessary athletic skills. These skills are how to squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, jump, land, run, sprint, carry and crawl. We start with the basics and advance them when they are ready! When an athlete can master all 11 movements, this sets them up for success in the future no matter what sport they decide to play.   

 At this age, athletes will not be using a barbell. They will be using a number of different tools in the gym including bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, sleds and ropes, just to name a few. They will be working on total body control, strengthening their core, and developing the necessary athletic skills to succeed. Each Program is 100% custom to their needs and wants to help them get exactly where you want to go!

 Throughout this program, our coaching staff keeps a close eye on every athlete in the program. We make sure they are performing each rep correctly and moving along with the program as directed. The sooner athletes start training, the better! By the time an athlete who started with us at age 11 turns 13, they are leaps and bounds ahead of some of the 16-year-old athletes who are just getting started.

Semi-private Structure 

Our Semi- Private Memberships Structure offer the best value and flexibility. Share the cost of a Strength coach while doing a program that is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Train in groups of you and up to 4 other people for sessions that last from 45 to 60 minutes.

Semi- Private Strength and Conditioning IS NOT a fitness class. In a fitness class everyone does the same exercises. You will be doing your own customized program with others that are doing their own program which have all been personally programmed by our strength and conditioning staff. We always have between 1 and 3 coaches on the floor to make sure we can help you in any way that you need and answer any questions that you have!

Billing and Memberships 
Memberships are billed on a 4-week billing cycle. We do not accept cash or check for monthly memberships unless paid in full. We do require a one time $97 initiation fee that covers software subscription and programing overhead. For more information fill out the form below!
