High carb day – For days that you have 2 activities, being a game and a practice, a practice and a training session, Or 2 practices, etc. These days are energy focused and teach you how to load up when you need to, so you have the energy that is required to get you through the hard days! These days also teach you how to eat to recover so no matter what the day throws at you, you are ready to go for tomorrow!

Medium carb day – These days are designed for those days that you just have 1 activity like a practice, a game or a training session. These days teach you how to eat properly to fuel yourself for the activity without adding any unwanted fat and making sure you are recovered and ready to go for the next day!

Low carb day – These days teach you how to eat when you don’t have much going on. Whether it’s an off day, activity recovery day or just a light practice or training day. The low carb days teach you how to eat with recovery in mind, so you give your body everything it needs to heal up, build lean muscle and not put on any unwanted fat. 

The great thing about this meal plan Is the flexibility of the days. You can build the program out to work with your schedule! No week has to be the same and even if you have 2 practices every day for a week, no day has to be the same unless you want it to be! This meal plan has a total of 54 different meal combinations to choose from, so you never get bored and can always try new things!
