TPI Golf Performance Training
At Durkin Sports Performance, Our TPI Golf Performance Program is all about helping you lower your scores and improving distances for each club through golf specific strength and conditioning. We have worked with many elite level golfers and have helped them lower their scores by taking control of their body. Golf Performance is not about lifting a ton of weight. Its about unlocking and mobilizing your body while making it stronger and more powerful through golf specific weight training and corrective exercises. We also improve your mobility and flexibility to improve range of motion and eliminate pain!

A good golfer should be strong, powerful, and mobile. If even one of these areas is lacking, it can seriously hold you back! What a TPI certified professional does is examine your body through an in-depth, 16-point evaluation. We look for weaknesses, imbalances, tightness, and all other aspects that may affect your golf swing and/or cause you pain. 

We then take your results and build you a custom, well thought out program that will unlock and mobilize your body, build strength, and add power to make your swing more efficient, consistent, and effective! We add distance to each club and give you the ability to control your body so you can put that ball exactly where you want it!

Semi-private Structure 

Our Semi- Private Memberships Structure offer the best value and flexibility. Share the cost of a Strength coach while doing a program that is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Train in groups of you and up to 3 other people for sessions that last from 45 to 60 minutes.

Semi- Private Strength and Conditioning IS NOT a fitness class. In a fitness class everyone does the same exercises. You will be doing your own customized program with others that are doing their own program which have all been personally programmed by our strength and conditioning staff. We always have between 1 and 3 coaches on the floor to make sure we can help you in any way that you need and answer any questions that you have!

Pricing 

Packages start at just $25 a session. The longer you commit, the cheaper it becomes. Memberships are billed on a 4-week billing cycle. We do not accept cash or check for monthly memberships. For more information fill out the form below!
